I made chocolate truffles... plus a royal mess but let's focus on the truffles. I coated them three ways - cocoa powder, peanut biscuit, and coconut.
300g dark chocolate
150ml double cream
Peanut biscuits, crushed
Grate 300g dark chocolate using a coarse cheese grater. Bring 150ml double cream and 30g melted butter to a very gentle simmer. Pour into the grated chocolate and mix until smooth. Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for 3 hours. Roll into bite-size balls and coat each truffle with whatever you fancy.
